Glue Cartoning Machine has been designed to satisfy the requirement of the user who demand quality product and low wastage. The machine can pack 10 packets of cigarette either HLP or soft pack. This machine is suitable for pre-cut cartons or craft paper.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Packets of cigarette fed into the link up conveyor by online system or manually. Carton extracts from magazine through carton extractor with the help of suction & fed into the pulling rollers. At the same time glue on side tucker is applied through gum applicator. Carton takes the position vertically & stand on the bottom stopper. In the mean time Carton pusher pushes the required no. of Cigarette packets & plunges into the mouth piece. Mouthpiece and carton pusher go forward together and carton pusher pushes the stack up to the top end bottom folder. Then first top folder folds the top fold and after that the bottom folder folds the bottom fold . This process is repeated continuously, side folding and sealing takes place by packet push packet.
