TSW-150 is designed to wrap various sizes of toilet soaps with single and double wrappers. It is designed to handle both heat sealable film/ laminates polly coated wrapping material and glue sealable outer-coated wrapping material. The machine is built from high precision components having the desired metallurgical and heat treatment characteristics, resulting in lower wear and tear, high life and less maintenance. The final result is a design of a robust, highly reliable, low maintenance, operator friendly machine having a high productivity and efficiency with negligible rejections.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The soap cakes are fed onto a continuous motion in feed conveyor. The in feed pusher pushes the cake to the inner and outer wrapping feed station. Inner and outer wrapper is drawn from a reel by a pulling roller. The main rotary and stationary knives cuts the wrapper as per required length. Soap cakes along with the cut length of inner and outer wrapper are pushed into the indexing pocket. The folding of the wrapper takes place before insertions into the turret and during indexing of the turret. The long seam and side seal glue applicators applies glue at different stages. Side heaters perform heat seal. After the wrapping is complete, the wrapped cakes are pushed into the delivery chute.
